1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cocodly’s websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Services
Cocodly provides an AI-assisted builder that helps you create and ship websites and fullstack apps. The Services may include generation and refinement workflows, project management, publishing, integrations, and related tooling.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, distributing malware, abusing rate limits, violating applicable laws, or using the Services to generate unlawful or infringing content. AI outputs can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them in production or high-risk contexts.
5. Credits, billing, and gifts
Some features use credits. Credits are prepaid and non-refundable unless required by law. Plan limits and pricing may change over time. If you purchase credit packs as a gift, credits are applied to the recipient’s Cocodly account when payment is confirmed.
6. Ownership
As between you and Cocodly, you own your content and project data you submit to the Services. Cocodly retains ownership of the Services, including our software, templates, and branding. You grant Cocodly a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Services.
7. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or depend on third-party providers (for example: hosting, payments, analytics, or AI model providers). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, and their availability may affect the Services.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocodly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Cocodly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
