At Cocodly, we take privacy seriously. This Policy describes how we handle Personal Data across our website and fullstack app builder.

This Privacy Policy explains how Cocodly (“Cocodly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and otherwise processes Personal Data when you use our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy. This Policy is designed to reflect how Cocodly works today: we help you build and ship websites and fullstack apps (UI plus auth, payments, and data) using AI-assisted workflows. We also operate billing and credit systems, optional integrations, and support tooling.
2. Information you provide directly
When you create an account, contact support, or purchase a plan / credit pack, you may provide information such as your name, email address, and any details you submit in forms. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
3. Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device/browser metadata, pages viewed, timestamps, and error logs. We use this to secure the platform, debug issues, and improve reliability.
4. Product usage data, credits, and billing
Cocodly uses credit-based metering for certain workflows. We collect usage signals (for example: generations, refinements, exports, and related events) to operate the product and to reflect consumption against your plan or credit packs. If you gift credit packs to another Cocodly account, we process the recipient identifier you provide (such as an email) only for the purpose of completing the gift.
5. Integrations and third-party services
If you enable an integration, we access only the minimum data required to provide the integration and process it under this Policy. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. AI requests may be processed by third-party model providers depending on your configuration and the product surface you’re using.
6. How we use Personal Data
We use Personal Data to provide and operate the Services, authenticate users, process transactions, communicate with you (including transactional emails), provide support, monitor for abuse, and improve performance and usability. We do not sell your Personal Data.
7. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where required by applicable law (such as GDPR/UK GDPR), we rely on legal bases including: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (security and product improvement), consent (for optional marketing communications), and legal obligations.
